MOVEATHON UPDATE

MOVEATHON UPDATE! Saturday 18th April saw the start of Moveathon week at TNAG. The idea of this event is to raise money for the club to purchase new equipment as well as to donate 20% of all funds raised to Quidenham Children’s Hospice. A fantastic squad display was followed by a very successful ‘come and try it’ session for gymnasts and parents, family and friends. Throughout the afternoon, the thriving cake stall plus other stalls and games kept all entertained and refreshed! A big thank you to all those who supported the club. From Monday 20th April onwards, each child in the gym gets to make their individual contribution towards the fundraising event by picking a move of choice and repeating it as many times as they can and gaining sponsorship for this! By Friday 1st May we should know how much has been raised in total for the club and we hope to get a visit from a representative from the hospice to accept our donation. Prizes will be awarded for those who gain the most sponsorship money!
