Arrangements for the new term April-June 2008

ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE NEW TERM APRIL 08 Your child’s place in their existing class will be held open for them until Friday 21 March 2008. If you wish to continue in your current class please ensure that a cheque or cash or internet transfer for the fees is received by us before this date. Once this (plus any outstanding liabilities eg. Fees, club membership or BG membership from term 1) is received, your place is secure. The fees for the April-June term are as follows:- Recreational - £56.25 inc VAT plus £2.50 Eastern Counties affiliation fee = £58.75
Second child, inc reduction is £50.62 plus the £2.50
For those members currently paying by standing order if you wish to continue with this and keep your place, please pay the £2.50 Eastern Counties affiliation fee, by cash or cheque and this will secure your place. Please ensure any cash payments are made in a sealed envelope marked with the child’s name. From Monday 24 March any places for which payment has not been received, along with the places freed up by children moving into higher groups following the Talent Selection Day will be offered to those on the waiting list and the public on a “first to pay gets the place” basis. Should you be interested in moving classes but do not wish to risk losing your existing place, please make the payment for the existing place and pop in writing the class time which you would like to move to (either have your child hand the note in to us, or write it on the back of your cheque, or drop us an email to info@tnag.co.uk, please do not try to do this verbally to the coaches at the start or end of a class) and if a place in that class becomes available on Monday 24 March you will be able to transfer to it and the payment transferred straight across. No-one will be permitted to participate in a class until their fees have been received. These arrangements apply only to the boys and girls recreational classes. The arrangements for the competition squads, development squads, intermediate and advanced recreational classes, and cheerleading, will be discussed directly with those concerned. New term starts : Monday 31 March 2008 (we are running through the Easter holidays)
