TNAG's Angel and Emily selected for Regional Squad

TNAG's elite squad gymnasts Angel Kenzitt and Emily Crowe have today been pre-selected as members of the Eastern Regional Squad for 2008.
The selection was made on the basis of last year's competition results and, in particular, the Regional Voluntary final last September in which Emily placed 6th and Angel 9th. As members of the squad the girls will attend Regional Squad training with high level coaches and choreographers.
The TNAG two are the only representatives from a Norfolk club to be included in the Regional Squad, which has a heavy presence from the leading clubs in Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
The girls' coach Sara-Jane Inglis was delighted with the selection saying, "This is fantastic news for the girls and for the Academy as a whole - it must be a first to have two gymnasts selected for a Regional Squad within a month of opening! I hope that this experience will assist them both to build on the solid start in competitive gymnastics that they had last year, and also inspire others from within the Academy to follow in their footsteps."
